In addition to my one-to-one work with clients, I run workshops for organisations.

Workshops give you a blueprint for change, teaching you simple strategies for breaking negative patterns in order to create a new and more enjoyable life.

Workshops are usually for a maximum of ten people and can be anything between a few hours and a few days in length.
